The Three Women That Makes The Woman...

Who were you? Who are you? Who will you become? “What was” has a way of impacting “what is” which in turn can either catapult or kill “what will be”… A fellow author recently started a podcast.... Now I'm not exactly sure of her reasoning for selecting this title, but it resonated with me... When first hearing the title “She, Her, And Me…”, honestly I thought about many of you who read my blogs… Women who are trapped in their past which is impacting their present and destroying their future… So let’s talk a brief minute about these three stages of women…

She: The horrible truth is most people will always remember this phase of her life… This is the phase when she made mistakes; hadn’t realized her true worth and value; found herself in toxic and abusive relationships; struggled with and chained by generational curses… This is the phase in which people refer to “used to”… When they can only remember what she “used to” do; say and how she acted… Unfortunately for her, this is the phase many women struggle forgiving themselves for and remain trapped in the shame of it… “She” is her past, but it’s poisoning her present…

Her”: The beautiful truth is this phase is where she embraces her flaws and uses them as fuel… She recognizes her imperfections aren’t disqualifications, but what separates her from fitting into the norm… “Her” is the future… “Her” is the healed… “Her” is the conqueror; overcomer and victorious… “Her” is the unbothered; unphased and untethered by the thoughts; words and opinions of others… "Her" doesn't compete with other women because she recognizes each are in their own class... “Her” can only come when “Me” has forgiven “She”…

Me”: The truth is this phase is TODAY!!!!... Out of all three phases, this is the most powerful of them all… Within this phase she can pardon “She” of her transgressions and ignite the evolution of “Her”…. This phase she can break the generational curses; destroy the need for approval and validation… Within this phase she can suffocate the dependency on a man and vaccinate herself of the toxicity of both intimate and platonic relationship… Within this phase she can speak life into her future and stop speaking death into her present… She can see transform how she sees herself and start her future with the beauty of who she truly is…

What I know for sure is… Your future needs your present to forgive itself of its past….
